Grilling corn is easy but preparing it is a snap!
At your summer BBQ, have your guests pick their own corn while you give them a garden tour. Soak the cobs for ½ hour to prevent the shucks from burning. Then just toss them on the grill for about 15 minutes as the ear simply steams inside with its own juices. The corn will end up a touch blackened and smoky sweet.
Offer a variety of toppings such as; lime juice & chili flakes, sour cream & chives, olive oil & parmesan, vinaigrette & fresh oregano or homemade butter and sea salt.
